Wolf Journey Class in Snohomish

Lisa, Kate, Skip, Helen, Kim and I enjoyed another wonderful evening together at Tim Noah Thumbnail Theater where the atmosphere is warm and the company jovial. We discussed the revival of Native American cultural pride, including the Canoe Journeys which have successfully engaged youth into the coastal culture. We also shared about our study site and nature experiences, then practiced field exercises from Wolf Journey Chapter 3 – Sensory Awareness. All the while, we worked with our hands, converting dried fireweed stalks into cordage:
